About Me

Hey, I'm Cas...

It's good to have you here!

Who am I? And why am I here?

I’m here to help women step confidently into midlife.

I'm 48 and have been in peri-menopause for around 3 years, so I know how isolating and confusing this stage of life can feel.

Our bodies change, our energy shifts, and suddenly the strategies that once worked no longer do. Too often, women are left navigating perimenopause alone, with little guidance, support, or understanding.

Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and weekly classes, I guide women to move with confidence, build strength, and reclaim energy — while also supporting the emotional and lifestyle changes this stage brings.

Midlife isn’t an ending — it’s a transformation. Let’s embrace it together, with strength, support, and community.

For too long, women in perimenopause have been told to “push through,” “slow down,” or “just accept it.”

No one prepared us for this.
No one explained what was happening.
And no one created a space just for us.

This is where CRFC began

A space, JUST FOR US.

All too often, it can feel like all we're offered are fitness programmes designed for younger bodies, medical advice that dismisses our symptoms, and wellness messages that tell us to lose weight, calm down, or be grateful.

And somewhere in all of that noise, we start to feel invisible.

I started with a belief that midlife is not an ending — it’s a transformation.
That a woman in her 40s and 50s is not fading — she’s shifting.
And that with the right support, this stage can become a second spring.

CRFC was created to give women the space and support they’ve always deserved:
A place where movement is tailored to our changing hormones.
A place where strength is built gently, consistently, and confidently.
A place where being heard is the starting point — not a bonus.

Here, women learn how to move in ways that support their joints, their energy, and their long-term health.
They learn to honour their stress levels instead of ignoring them.
They learn that strength training isn’t scary — it’s empowering.
And most importantly, they learn that nothing about this stage of life makes them “less.”

I am rooted in compassion, science, and have a deep respect for women’s experiences.

Because midlife isn’t something to get through — it’s something to grow into.

And every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported as she steps into the next, powerful chapter of her life.
