     Ideal if you attend other fitness           sessions elsewhere and want some specific tailored sessions to support your goals, but with the added bonus of doing it in a small group

Programming & Nutrition

Perfect if you would like the benefits of an SGPT session once a week, along with a tailored programme to follow for the rest of the week and nutritional support
