I'm Cas.
I’m a PT… but honestly, that’s only a small part of what I do.
I work with midlife women. Women who are juggling a lot...work, family, life...and somewhere along the way have stopped feeling like themselves.
And I get it… because I’m in it too. I’m also in that in-between stage where I know what to do…but real life doesn’t always make it easy to actually do it. Your energy isn’t what it used to be, your body feels different and the things that used to “work” just… don’t anymore. And it’s so frustrating!
I see so many women trying to get back to where they were, trying to eat less, trying to be more consistent, trying to “get back on track”… again. But it never quite sticks, and over time, it stops being about just weight or fitness…it becomes about how you feel in yourself.
Less confident.
Less energised.
Disconnected from who you used to be.
I see it all the time...women putting their life on hold until they feel better in their body. Waiting to feel more confident, waiting to feel “back to normal,” waiting to feel like themselves again. I don’t believe you should have to wait, because this stage of life isn’t about going backwards. It’s about rebuilding.

This is about learning how to train in a way that feels safe and empowering. Understanding how to fuel your body properly. Building consistency without it taking over your life and having support along the way, so you don’t feel like you’re doing it all on your own.
