Hormones are always fluctuating. That's normal. If a coach promises to balance them, ask how they're measuring them. There is no magic supplement, diet or exercise that fixes this.

This is a common misconception. When you're stressed, what changes is your habits — your sleep, your meals, your movement. Focus on those basics first, not mythical cortisol hacks.

1. Free workshop: Unbound — the workshop
A free workshop for midlife women who want to understand what's actually happening in their body, and what to do about it. We'll cover the most common myths, what the basics really are, and how to start building a plan that fits your life. Then we move: a 30-minute introductory strength session to feel what training can actually be like. We close with more conversation, your questions, drinks and snacks.
You'll come away with knowledge, how to move forward and what to tackle first.

2. Small Group Coaching Trial: 2 week free trial — 2 sessions per week
- This is an opportunity for you to experience the training for yourself and to feel what it's like to be coached.
- An opportunity to build on the momentum established from the workshop & so that you can see that you can achieve the things you want to.
- Four sessions, personalised to you, in a small group of women at the same stage of life. No commitment, no pressure — just a chance to feel what it's like when the approach actually fits.
- 12 spaces available.
3. Paid Programme: Small Group Coaching
This is where the real change happens. Twice weekly sessions, a personalised training and nutrition plan, coaching support and a community of women doing it alongside you. Strength training built for midlife. For longevity, confidence and a body you feel at home in.
